Step one:

Start with a large black canvas. Make a new layer set titled Chained navigation.

Choose the rounded rectangle tool and set radius setting to 4px.

In a new layer draw a black round rectangle. (width: 170 x height: 23)

Add the following layer styles: Inner Shadow, Gradient Overlay, Stroke.



Step two:

In a new layer draw a 1px white line.

Set layer's opacity level to 20%..
