Step three:

Again duplicate the layer with the rectangle and set its layer's opacity level to 60%. By now you should have three rectangle topping each other.



Step four:

Choose the rounded rectangle tool and set the radius setting to 8px.

In a new layer draw a #000000 round rectangle using the rounded rectangle tool. (width: 482 x height: 26)

Add the following layer styles: Outer Glow, Inner Glow, Gradient Overlay, Stroke.
