Step one:

Start with a large black canvas. Make a new layer set titled Bubble Gum Header.

In a new layer draw a #2A2A2A ectangle using the rectangle tool without anti-aliased. (width: 521 x height: 21)



Step two:

Duplicate the layer with the rectangle and set its layer's opacity level to 80%.
