Step three:

Between the two #009EBB lines you created, add a linear gradient effect on this location. First set your foreground colore to #000000 and background color to #007E95.

In a new layer add a linear gradient effect using the gradient tool.



Step four:

Choose the rounded rectangle tool and set the radius setting to 20px with anti-alaised checked.

In a new layer draw #006375 round rectangle on the top right corner of your canvas. (width: 255 x height: 20)

Add the following layer styles: Inner Glow, Gradient Overlay, Stroke.
