Step three:

Create a new layer.

Add two small circles on the eyes.



Step four:

Create a new layer.

Draw the nose which is #FEE600. Add a 1px #ABABAB stroke and erase the part thats not sticking out.



Step five:

Create a new layer. Move this layer under every other layer you created.

With the Pen tool, draw his entire head. Fill path #FEE600.



Step six:

Create a new layer. Make sure this layer is on top of every other layer you made.

Now draw his mouth.
