Step three:

In a new layer, draw a #000000 polygon. This will be the left eye.

Add the following layer styles: Inner Shadow, Satin, Color Overlay, Gradient Overlay, Stroke.

Step four:

Duplicate the left eye and create a new layer. Merge the duplicate and the blank new layer. Rotate Horizontal to complete the eyes.

Step five:

In a new layer, draw a #E70000 polygon. This will be the nose.

Add the following layer styles: Drop Shadow, Inner Shadow, Outer Glow, Color Overlay, Gradient Overlay, Stroke.
