Step three:

Create a new layer.

Again with the pen tool, trace the shape you see on the picture guide. This shape will create the 3D effect. Fill path #FF8A00.

Step four:

Add the following layer styles: Inner Shadow, Satin, Gradient Overlay, Stroke.
