Step seven:

In a new layer draw a #005DA5 round rectangle bar. If you dont know what I mean please refer to the picture guide below.

Add the following layer styles: Gradient Overlay, Stroke.



Step eight:

Now add your first navigation link. Use the same font information provided in step four.
