Step three:

Make another white round rectangle on the header. Create it as seen on the picture guide, make sure you have it centered for this will be the spot for your Logo and Company Name.

Add the following layer styles: Drop Shadow.



Step four:

Add your company name by using font Verdana, Regular, 18pt, Sharp and #005DA5.

Add the following layer styles: Gradient Overlay.
